Hurdy Gurdy is an international group of illustrators that offer illustration and art based workshops and events around the world. The members come from places such as India, Poland, Iran, Ireland, the UK and China. This diversity allows for a more rounded approach to the arts and we are able to take things from our own culture and skill set to contribute to the group (and those working with us) as a whole.
The members met in 2011 while completing their masters degrees at Camberwell College of Arts, London, and felt connected by their love of story telling and illustration.

We are illustrators, storytellers, memory collectors, visionaries
we teach, we listen, we talk , we share, we observe,
we record the past, we entertain
We see beauty in every day and in every day objects
We have passion for what we do
We want to inspire that passion in those we work with
